I haven't received my credit
While we are proud of our robust (yet easy to use) Referral program, sometimes an issue may pop up like this. Here is a quick checklist to use to track down your credit:
Check Your Email
Search your inbox for the Subject: "CHA-CHING! You are in the money!". The email will be from email@example.com
Check Your Spam Folder
Sometimes this happens. Check out your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there. If possible, add our emails to your Whitelist.
Wait 24 Hours
We reward the referral after the purchase has been verified. 99% of the time it is done instantaneously. But sometimes transactions are put on hold for us to manually approve them. This can take up to 24 hours to do.

Just click the "?" on the bottom right or the "Contact Us" on the top right. One of our support reps will get back to you quickly.
